This application is designed to help our review committee better understand your organization, project, structure, and readiness to manage funding. Some sections may require more detailed information and supporting documentation, so we recommend setting aside some uninterrupted time before you begin.
Please answer the questions as clearly as possible and upload any supporting documents. If something doesn’t apply, simply note “N/A.”
You will be asked to upload documents such as your IRS Determination Letter, recent profit and loss statement and, if applicable, a fiscal sponsorship agreement, annual report or business plan. Please note, application progress cannot be saved.
Applications are reviewed in two funding cycles each year, with up to $10,000 available per cycle.
