This section requires more detailed information about your organization, structure, and compliance, and may take a bit more time to complete. It helps our review committee fully understand your capacity, accountability, and readiness to manage funding.

We recommend setting aside some uninterrupted time to complete this section. Please answer the questions as clearly as possible and upload any supporting documents. If something doesn’t apply, simply note “N/A.”

You will be asked to upload documents such as your IRS Determination Letter and, if applicable, a fiscal sponsorship agreement.
