What Projects Do We Fund?
The Up with People Foundation supports initiatives that bring people together through music, service, and youth leadership.
We provide small, focused grants (generally up to $10,000) for projects that are clear, time-bound, and aligned with our mission.

Our Mission
To support and inspire initiatives that build bridges across cultural differences through service, music, and youth leadership development.

Our Vision
A peaceful world where people and communities can thrive.

We fund:

  • Initiatives that foster connection across cultures and communities
  • Programs centered around music, education, performance, and community development
  • New ideas with strong potential to inspire action (Spark projects conversation: need to decided)

We prioritize projects that:

  • Create measurable impact
  • Reflect our values of integrity, respect, accountability, compassion, and connectivity
  • Build bridges between people and communities
  • Are realistic, well-defined, and achievable

We do not fund:

  • Expenses already incurred
  • Political campaigns or lobbying
  • Religious activities
  • Projects without clear accountability or reporting

Application Process

Review our mission and values
Make sure your project aligns with our focus on service, music, and youth leadership.
Complete the preliminary application
This short form helps us assess mission alignment and basic eligibility.
Only selected applicants will be invited to continue.
Full application (by invitation only)
Selected applicants will provide additional details, including budget, timeline, and expected impact.
Review and decision
Applications are evaluated by our Selection Committee on ongoing basis (need to decide). You will be notified via email once a decision has been made.

  • Be accepted and featured on our website to help raise funds
  • Be accepted, featured, and receive direct financial support from the Foundation
